Standard Review of Building Safety Case Report - £1,450A detailed section-by-section review identifying omissions, weaknesses in justification, inconsistencies and areas requiring clearer explanation.The report is reviewed against expectations under the Building Safety Act 2022 to help ensure it presents a clear and robust fire safety narrative prior to submission.Includes:-Identification of gaps or underdeveloped sections.
-Highlighting of areas that may attract regulatory scrutiny.
-Practical recommendations to strengthen the submission.Typical turnaround: 5-6 working days.In-Depth Review of Building Safety Case Report & Supporting documentation - £1,950A comprehensive assurance review providing deeper scrutiny of the fire safety narrative and the evidence relied upon to support it.In addition to the Standard Review, this option examines the supporting fire safety documentation referenced within the Safety Case Report to test whether the submission is properly evidenced.Includes:-Review of supporting fire safety documentation referenced within the report (example; Fire Strategy, FRAEW, FRA).
-Cross-checking of narrative claims against underlying evidence.
-Identification of inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions or overstatements.
